MADE FROM GENUINE WHOLEMEAL AND GRAINS

One component of our whiskey is the high-quality barley: cultivated by farmer Jörg Runkel from Kampen, on the geest between Kampen and Wenningstedt on 4.5 ha of land right behind the dunes. Due to the salty sea air and the cautious administration of natural fertilizers in small quantities, the location facilitates the cultivation of a very special grain that is harvested midsummer and processed for our whiskey.

The barley for the future editions of the SILD single malt whiskey comes from the farmer Jan Petersen, in the tranquil village of Morsum, in the east of the island. We will keep you up to date.
